ivf and donor eggs

we have been ttc #2 for over 2 years. I'm 42 have had 4 rounds of clomid, have very high FSH indicating possible premature meno and last consultant appointment was hit with the information that ivf with donor eggs was my best chance. I have my follow up appointment in a few days and my head is still in a mess about it. Is there anyone who can offer some advice? Many thanks

I have toyed with the idea of being an egg donor once our family is complete so have been on a few of this type of threads.

If you do a search on egg donor there's a good few threads that come up (a way down the page mainly).

Good luck

my friend had this recently - she paid for the donor's IVF in return for half the eggs harvested. very short waiting list (couple of months iirc) but expensive (£6500 a round for both sets - her's and donor's IVF i think).
