bbt....confused and frustrated!

i have been charting my temps for only a couple of weeks now so not paying too much attention to it as i know i should have a good month or 2 to read. i plotted my temp this morning and it said i ovulated 3 days ago, 3 days ago my period was due so im a little confused.
did FF just say that as it only had 2 weeks to go on?
did i actually ovulate 3 days ago when my period was due?
could me being ill 3 days ago affect my temps?

I'm not an expert when it comes to charting, but I suppose if FF only had two weeks of data to go on, it might confuse the ovulation temp dip with the "period imminent" temp dip.

the dip was on day 28 though in the cycle. first day of period day 1. then nothing for 2 weeks. now this iyswim

If FF says you ovulated 3 days ago then presumably your temps shifted then.

Presumably your period did not come then?

FF might be wrong because it has so few temps to go on. Alternatively you ovulated late this cycle. Or, yes, illness could have effected your temps - if you had a higher than normal temp.

Sorry, as clear as mud, but with this one I think it is a question of waiting and seeing what happens.
