ladycomp as effective natural contraception

Desperately want to find a reliable form of contraception that does not involve abstinence!! Has anyone tried ladycomp?

It looks too good to be true! and the hormone balancing looks really interesting too - or is it all just a load of mumbo jumbo??!!

I went on that site and tried to find out what the product was about.

These are my observations:

There are far too many exclamation marks!!! It always give any marketing material an edge of insincerity that they had to draw attention to points by using exclamation marks!!!
After a minute clicking through various pages I was no nearer finding out what their product is or does. The site was extremely waffly and insubstantial and rang alarm bells with me straight away I'm afraid.

Needing an alternative myself, I have done a fair bit of research and found a more detailed
site. The Lady-Comp looks like a legitimate option (with approvals and such)if you don't want to take hormones.

mmm interesting...

The less waffly description of ladycomp on the above site was better. Not sure if I could take my temperature every morning before I talk or do anything else! Its such a big investment if it doesn't work for you isn't it.

Really cannot afford to get pregnant again but am running out of options!! Maybe i'm stuck with condoms until i hit the menopause!!

I agree! It seems sort of odd to suggest that a computer that helps one to know exactly when they ovulate is a method of "birth control" as they do on that UK website! That is one of the aspects of that site that did NOT appeal to me. It is common sense that knowing when you ovulate is the KEY to both getting pregnant naturally and avoiding pregnancy naturally.

At the heart of the issue it is about giving women choice -- not spinning the marketing speak to try to fool people.

I like the way the naturallyforher.com website communicates to women as though they are intelligent beings.
