straw poll - do you all think I'm dreaming to hope that this could mean a pregnancy bfp? Waiting on some hpt's and used an ovulation strip in meantime. test line came up dark immediately, darker than control line. same thing happened on a second. I think I ovulated about cd13

what is more likely? delayed ovulation or bfp?

any tales of experience gratefully receved

Hi I had exactly the same thing, thought I had ovulated on day 16 as had a temp rise and all the signs with ewcm. Around day 24 i had the same thing happen to me with positive ovulation tests for the next 3 days - unfortunately all my hpts were negative and in fact it was late ovulation for me, confirmed by a second bigger temp rise. I hope you have better luck and make sure you BD tonight just in case to cover all your bases.

hi, and thanks.. I'll take it as fate and presume false alarm too, taking advt of an extra session as you recommend. guess it would be likely to be ov late as was a bit under weather

cheers for responding

Just wanted to say that it might be a bfp as, according to peeonastick.com, the opk and pregnancy tests measure the "same" thing - i.e. hcg is lh with an extra bit. So, opks can detect hcg as well as lh. V interesting. However, as pointsmakeprizes said, probably late ovulation... it's actually a bit early to get a bfp that strong. Good luck with the hpt.
