"Help" needed..
Now I know this might sound very silly and there might not be something that would help me but anyways if you have anything to say concerning my topic, then freely let it out! Thanks!
Me and my husband are going (trying) to get us pregnant next year 2010.. It´s going to be our baby number 3 and we hope we´ll be blessed with a girl. Boy will be so welcome and loved as well but we have two sons already, so this time there are hopes for a daughter. Is there any old advices or techniques to "make a girl"? Forgive my silly question but every advice´s welcome

Hi Im in the same boat as you actually! Iv two boys aged 3.3 and 21months and we plan to start ttc around the end of spring or summer. Iv also been thinking it would be nice to have a girl but would be delighted with another boy too and my boys would love another boy! But iv done a little reading about ways to swing it one way or the other... Favourable conditions for male/female sperm, diet etc but might not work! What iv read says if you'd like to try for a girl re timing intercourse hav sex 2-3days before you ovulate.. Female sperm prefer an acidic environment so they say flush your vagina with a diluted lemon juice or vinegar solution before sex ... And it says some women sware by dietary methods eat a high calcium and magnesium diet for a girl eg dairy, eggs, nuts, green leafy veg, soya and avoid foods rich in sodium and potassium. Still dont know if i actually will do any of these things as it says if you hav a baby of the sex you were not 'trying' for it may effect bonding and i hate the thought of that... Hth

So nice to hear that I´m not alone! ;) We have a plan to start at the end of summer.
Our boys are a bit over 4 and 2 years now and they feel the same way as your own..they´d like a brother too.
Thanks for your advices, lets see if they will help!
