Yup. I feel your pain.

Nothing helpful to say, just wanted to sympathise.

sunburntats · 30/12/2009 15:02

I KNOW!! Every where i look.

sigh

BIG sigh....

ceebs05 · 30/12/2009 15:29

Yeah I know what you mean - seems like I'm always hearing about someone getting pregnant. My dh accused me today of having 'bump envy'!

Bessie123 · 30/12/2009 15:30

YES

lucybrad · 30/12/2009 15:58

sounds like you work somewhere interesting though - producers and directors!

PicknMix · 30/12/2009 16:09

Total agreement here as well!

Were told about 5 separate couples over Christmas - they had all waited until Christmas to announce their news. Nothing like a good pregnancy announcement to spoil my festive frame of mind (me, bitter?! Never! )

PicknMix · 30/12/2009 16:12

*was not were

idealcamel · 30/12/2009 16:17

We had a Christmas card (from someone who has never sent us a card before) to announce that they are expecting a little sister for their first baby.

I almost exploded at the smug.

PandaEis · 30/12/2009 19:50

yep

i have lost count of the announcements this year and there seems to have been a recent baby boom happening as EVERYONE i know is getting up the duff except for me ahh well cycle 27 in upon me if AF arrives in the next few days

MyMyFruityPie · 30/12/2009 23:23

SI..........GH......... Best friend and younger cousin both dropping soon. They were my tester buds and now I am flying solo. It is as if we are all taking one big exam and everyone is passing it but us. Plus it leaves you feeling stoopid and frustrated. New Years Eve tomorrow, AF is in town and I am VERY ready for my drinky poos.

PandaEis · 30/12/2009 23:58

ahh sorry AF got you mymyfruitypie mne is due in a few days so we'll see what happens

barrenbrook · 31/12/2009 13:33

Oh yes I am with you all. SIL due to drop in March, best friend just dropped two days ago. Bah humbugness all round.

Idealcamel I'd have ripped the card up and sent it back, enclosing a nugget of dog pooh I'm so evil, no wonder I'm not preggers.

tiredfeet · 31/12/2009 18:48

yup at this rate I am going to have no facebook friends left soon (well, female ones anyway)! (tend to hide them / delete them once its announced as the status updates are too upsetting for me ). I only find it a bit easier if I know someone was trying a long time, as then it gives me hope/ I do know they went through a lot of upset before they got there. feel dreadful for being like this, but it just hurts that eveyrone else seems to find it so easy, and I want this so badly.

stuffedmk · 01/01/2010 16:18

Just found out my neice is preggers...Everywhere I go there are babies, or bumps, I think I shall hide away indoors as much as possible

mumnerves · 02/01/2010 19:40

I know!!!
I get so envious and grumpy after each announcement and a girl I work with 4 days a week is preggers too and I have to listen to it all, doesn't help they don't know I'm TTC either so I have to grin and nod empathetically!

Armi · 03/01/2010 00:32

Don't set me off....everyone at work seems to be pregnant and at Christmas my little sister announced she is, too, after just one month of trying. I am genuinely delighted for her, as I am for everyone who manages to get themselves knocked up (it's not like there's a baby shortage and they've stolen my share, after all) but I am also absolutely devastated and am loathing myself as some sort of reproductive failure.

It's horrible, really.
