If slight shooting pains on either side of the abdomen and period like pains quite low down 7dpo could mean I may be pregnant?

TTC and have been experiencing these pains, as well as quite sore breasts this week and wondered if this could be down to that, or wether I am perhaps suffering from something :p

Thanks. I should wait but am both impatient and a natural born worrier :p Pains for a couple of days usually send me running straight to the doctor.
