Cervical Scarring & Infertility?

During the birth of my DS, I suffered a large tear to my cervix which needed stitching in theatre. Subsequent examinations had show that this had healed very well and has not caused any issues since.

DH and I are now experiencing secondary infertility most likely as a result of his low sperm count (which we have recently discovered) but it just occured to me that I may also be partly to blame.

Does anyone know if this type of injury can actually cause problems with conceiving and is there anyway way to test if this is the case? Thanks
