hi all, new to this so thought id say hi
trying for my 4th baby, have 3 boys 13,11 and 9 so massive gap, im 40 now and worried my age will effect my chances to conceive, came off the pill 3 months ago, AF always 28 days on the dot, due on tomorrow, got all the signs in due, . anyone else trying after a big gap? would love to hear how every one is. love candy xxxx

Hi candy got a BFP on Thursday last week i am 35 i also have a big age gap my 2 boys are 16/13,really looking forward to all the madness again.

Hi, candy, no big gaps here, but wanted to offer support on the age front: I am 43, currently expecting DS4, I was a late starter on the babyfront (had DS1 when I was 37).

Regular periods sounds good in terms of fertility, so keep trying.

i got my BFP today after 2 months of trying, still in shock cant belive it!!!! congrats bigmuther65, and thanks pacific for the support too xxxx

No not yet going to try and wait as long as possible to tell them ,think my older son will be quite shocked his old parents still had it in them

im going to wait till after my first midwife appointment too, i think they will be happy, but i know they all want a girl, and that cant be gaurenteed ;) x
