Could really sore boobs be sign of ovulation??

They are OMG sore!! Couldn't work out why, but realised could be ovulating. Never had it before.

It could be. Some months I get sore boobs around ovulation and other times just as AF is about to arrive - hard to tell and especially frustrating as I can convince myself it's because I am pregnant but of course AF arrives

Thanks for reply aideesmum. I say I've never had it before....I actually mean never had it outside pregnancy, then they were on fire! But I know def not pregnant now. Think just my old bod changing with age!
