Embryo transfer - the hell of waiting - need encouraging words

Only three days since the embryo transfer and I am convinced it hasn't worked. I feel miserable as sin and pretty convinced. Can anyone send me some encouraging words based on their experiences please? I can't endure another week of this.

Thanks LL - I am no longer in East Dulwich. I did love it there but we are now in the countryside.
We had 4 goes with IUI, 2 IVFs and the 2nd one worked and this FET is for the next baby. I knew that the other one had worked but I am much more focused on this because I am not at work. Funnily enough I have a really strong feeling that it will work next time. I might come over to the Assisted Conception thread but normally try and stay away from that sort of thing as encourages me to think about things.
