is it possible to have pregnancy symptoms on CD17?

I am trying to conceive after a MMC in September.
The last couple of days I've had niggling pains in my lower abdomen and today I have back pain it feels like period pain. AF not due for another 11 days?
Could these be pregancy symptoms???

No idea when I ovulated. I can usually tell by appearance of discharge, but not this month.

I conceived my DS on day 12 and I think I usually ovulate between d12-d14
