Sore Nipples!!

Hi

Not sure if I should put this in health but I was wondering if anyone has sore nipples constantly despite not being due on. I was ttc and 'felt pregnant' for three weeks before I was due on - a period appeared early which never happens but the soreness is still there two weeks later. Tests were a bfn so wondering if anyone has any ideas??

hi corkscrew, i get sore nipples around the time of ovulation so dont know if that could be it?

Sorry if im not much help, hopefully it will bump the thread so someone else can shed some light on it.
