What is implantation bleeding like?

Not sure exactly when I OV'ed - thought it was about 11 days ago though. Today have some bleeding but it is a little early for AF I think(not due until Sun or Mon) and the bleeding is different to normal start of AF. It is more of a thick, brown clotted type discharge. I do have some cramps as well but the flow is nowhere near as much as normal start of AF. Could this be implantation bleeding? Or is it normally just a few odd spots?

Mine was like a very light period both times. It lasted about 3 days but I think that's quite long compared to a lot of people.

That sounds promising then but not getting too excited yet.
