these few easy tips worked for me - was trying for 3 years - i had no medical problem but hubby had lazy sperm. Don't Make Love everyday/night but in 3 day intervals as that is the optimum length of time for new sperm to be produced. Work out when your ovulation date is, count back 3 days from them, do IT and then again 3 days later - this should put your and his optimum day together. Vary the day back or forward a day each month incase your optimum moment is actually earlier or later than you think. After you have done it. DONT lay with your feet up the wall. Sperm are actually trained to swim up so they will only swim out! Lay on your back for an hour or so so they can make their way up through the cervix. GOOD LUCK

I wondered about the legs in the air thing, I don't know if anyone watched Criminal Justice but one of the characters was trying to get pregnant, after she then put her legs in the air...something i've been meaning to look up on the net...

I conceived fairly quickly I bought a meditation cd 'getting pregnant' off ebay. I found it relaxing and helped me remain really positive that i would get pregnant, I really believe in the mind body connection.
