Premenstrual wicked off with it all thread

went to bed perfectly OK yesterday, woke up this morning in a stinking mood which means only one thing... impending visit from AF.

Must be sweetness and light at home for the next 28 days otherwise DH will change his mind about ttc... any suggestions??!

just had lots of chocolate yesterday and today. Mood definitely improved but still no sign of AF.

Deep breaths. Counting to whatever number you need to before replying to anything (mine is about 76 when AF is planning a visit)...
