Have finally got an ov kit positive - what now?!

Does this mean I'm ovulating now or I'm going to tomorrow? What's the best possible time to "try"? What's best once or lots?

Have been waiting 6 months for this so don't want to mess it up!

As far as I know, the kit detects the hormone surge just before ovulation, and the best times to ttc are the day you ovulate and the day before. So I'd be at it like rabbits for the next 48 hours, if I were you!
