Could I be pregnant even after a 'period'??

I don't know if anyone remembers a few weeks back I missed a pill and was worried that I may have been pregnant? Well, my period came and that was fine..... However, I woke up this morning with symptoms which I can only descirbe as morning sickness!! Nausea and Lethargy.

I worked it out and if this was not a true period then I would be 5 weeks pg. That's when the nausea hit me the first time.

Just wondered if anyone had experience of this?

sounds like you are going to have to go and pee on a stick and let us all know the result...! good luck!

I know the odds are that I'm not pg, but there's always that little chance!

I really don't want a 6 mth bump on my wedding day!

C'est la vie.

Was it a lighter period than normal, M2T? Wiltshirelass is right - you should do a pg test right away and let us know what the outcome is!

mum2toby, it is very possible to have a light 'period' and be pregnant. I speak as one who had 3 before realising I was pg: only considered the fact when I started to put on weight (was very innocent at time) Would advise doing test asap.

My periods are always lighter than usual when I'm on the pill. I've only been on the pill for about 3 mths, but it seemed nothing different fromt he previous 2 mths.

OH GOD HELP ME!!!! If I'm not pg I'll treat this as a lesson learned and we will not be having sex until the wedding night!

If I still feel like this over the weekend I'll get a test, but right now I'll just assume it's something I've eaten or drank.
