Any tips on how to get the boys prepped for action? Sometimes dh's boys do not always shoot out and I worry that they will not make their way up stream. This does not happen all of the time but obviously if we help them along, all the better.

My best mate advised my DH to take vitamin c and multivit with extra Iron whilst TTC. Prob not specific to your question, but thought you might want to know. Good Luck
