How soon can you test/accuracy of pg tests

I have a suspicion that I may be pregnant. I have only had a couple of periods since they restarted after ds3. I am now waiting for my period to start. My last one was a 37 day cycle and the one before was simiilar time scale. Tomorow is day 34 of this cycle. Do you think a pregnancy test would be accurate this week, or do I need to wait longer?

Thanks. My friend has a spare pg test and I am seeing her Friday so if no period by then, I will test. After that, I will need to buy some!
