Should we start TTC now?

Had a MC in July and want to start TTC now, should we go for it or wait for AF first? What do you think?

I had a MMC in may and was advised to wait for one cycle.Many ladies just start trying straight away.Dr's like you to wait so you have a 'last menstural period' date to date the pregnancy.
