Can Gp prescribe clomid?

I've used clomid before to get pregnant and it was sucessful. We are trying for our 2nd baby. Can I get clomid from my GP or will I have to go through all the tests again?

I went and asked my GP for a second course of Clomid, she couldn't prescribe it herself but wrote to the gynae doc who had prescribed it for me first time round and he prescribed a second course without needing to see me again. hth.
