Post breast-feeding confusion and TTC!

I finished breastfeeding a week ago. My DS is 18 months, and my periods came back when he was 9 months old. They've been fairly regular since then (every 31-33 days). Before I was pregnant with DS, my periods were v irregular. We stopped using contraception 2 months ago, but haven't been trying v hard. I've started (light) bleeding today (about a week early) and am v confused.

Is my body reacting to end of b-feeding? Has anyone else experienced this?

Could be, or you could be pregnant, you know how to find out don't you?

Have sex every three days - this is the easiest way than any form of period maths.
