Humprheyscorner - wil be thinking of you today, I hope that all goes okay and you're not in too much agony with your full bladder. I was, i was crying in the waiting room it hurt so much, i coudn't hold it in untilt he scan i went and did a little bit, think my bladder was overful i looked a right state, doubled over.
Sorry not trying to put you off, i knwo you'll be fine, just remembering mine, it was only a couple of days after i started bleeding.

reflexology is safe for any time through TTC, pregnancy and beyond.

it probably is best to find a therapist that is trained in maternity reflexology, as not all general reflexologists will be happy to give treatments in early pregnancy.

when contacting a reflexologist, ask if they are comfortable and experienced with your sort of situation. if they are not, try another... there are a few of us around .
