Can having a sickness bug delay ovulation?

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone has any idea about this!
We are ttc but at my most 'fertile' time we both came down with a sickness bug.
Was just wondering and hopping if anyone knows if because of the bug that i would ovulate later? I'm usually quite regular, just clutching at straws really hopping not to rule this month out!

Illness, stress, a new exercise regime (etc.) can all delay ovulation. I was sick with the flu two months ago and ovulated 5 days later! So you are not clutching at straws.

Yes. You can ovulate later if sick.
