I came off of the pill about 3weeks ago and we have been trying to get pregnant. The last couple of days i have had a bloated uncomfortable feeling and a tender abdomen. I have been feeling slightly sick in the morning but think that may be more down to not eating much before work.

My period is not due for another week could i be pregnant?

If you have had unprotected sex there is always a chance you could be pregnant!

The symptoms you have sound like pre af symptoms to me though, coming off the pill may throw your body off for a couple of months aswell.

BUT saying that there are people who have got pregnant coming straight off the pill!

Best thing you can do is wait a week and then take a test.

I got pg straight away after coming off the pill!

You could be but it will probably be a couple of weeks before a test would show BFP.

Its possible that you could be, as the first month i came off the pill i became pregnant, and have had friends who have done the same. However, you may be feeling bloated, because your body is having its first 'real' cycle in a while, and you may be having signs that your period is due- signs that may have been blocked out whilst on the pill. I think (not 100% sure) that sickness in pregnancy won't be apparant until you have actualy missed a period. Anyway good luck! x

Like everyone says - too early to tell I think. I always get bloated around 2 - 3 days after ovulating and normally find my boobs get bigger and a little tender too. I have also noticed that I consistently feel slightly nauseous in the mornings between ovulation and AF arriving - I never noticed it before TTC, but then started symptom spotting and getting excited till I realised it happened every month !!

lol joolsiam I think I did the same thing, and I think I invented my own symptons!
