IUI Success Stories -- auto immune issues

Hello everyone, I would really appreciate to hear about your IUI experience -- how many attempts did it take to fall pregnant?

I have just done our first IUI last Wednesday(2 mature follicles + 2 smaller ones following Gonal F). I have been TTC for 2 years and been pregnant twice (MC @ 13 and 6 weeks); I have a thyroid (Hashimoto Syndrome) and thrombophilia issue. Now taking a combo of Prednisoloe / Heparin / Progesterone.

I am going a bit mad while waiting and doing my best trying not to get my hopes up (not sure how successful though ). Thanks a lot for your help!

I got pg on our second IUI. We had unexplained infertility. I did several months on Clomid then had the two IUIs. DS1 is now 6. DS2 came along, conceived naturally, a mere 14 months later! I wish you luck.
