Period was due Mon, cramps, spotting, bloated..

I don't know whether you want to be pregnant or not but I was convinced my periods were returning when I conceived DS. I was spotty and everything. But nope turned out I was pregnant again

The tiniest amount of spotting is all gone now. I did a test on Weds and it said negative.

Possible TMI but I am really dry down there, there is no discharge at all! Any idea what's going on?
