I have namechanged for this as I am a bit embarassed about being such a cliche!

I've been TTC now for a year, and had a MC 10 months ago. My usual cycle length is 30-31 days, although once I was 10+ days late. So it's not an exact science.

Had EWCM on CD15 so I suspect this is when I ov'd this month.

On CD30 I had very light pink spotting (only when I wiped). The next day I had very light brown spotting (same thing). Then it stopped.

It's now CD37 and nothing. My bosoms are sore, but that could be premenstrual stuff.

Now, I know that the only answer is to test- but I can't until the weekend as my man works away from home.

Of course I am hopeful, but the thing that worries me is the spotting- almost like my period tried to start then didn't. Is this bad?

If anyone can bear to humour me, I would really appreciate any advice!

Test go on you old cliche you, test

You could then not tell your DP/H and make it a surprise. Assuming its a BFP of course. And you do seem to be a week late.

Thanks Claire (great name btw). I can't help but hope! I would feel disloyal if I tested before he gets back though- he's asked me specifically not to do it without him.

I have reposted this with a title as I forgot to put one on. Ooh, perhaps it's nappy brain (god I'm even starting to annoy myself...)

When is he back? I suppose it is only a few days, this being a short week and all.

I've been disappointed so many times, I'm afraid to test (and I get The Fear each time I go to the loo/feel a twinge in my abdo etc).
