OMG,OMG I can't actually believe this..........

OMG i have been trying to concieve after i had a MC in November and really was giving up hope!

BUT ....tonight i done a clear blue digital pregnancy test and it said PREGNANT!!!!

I still cant believe it i am in total shock i have noticed the last 2 days i have had to have a half hour nap late afternoon as i have been that tired hence why i done a test today

I am only very early on 4 weeks but i am very very scared as i had my MC at 5 1/2 weeks in november. We are off to centre parcs a week on monday so i will be doing alot of relaxing and resting.

The other thing i have checked my due date on line and it will be 19th Jan which is the day my dad died not to sure how i feel about that.....seems quite strange really.

Oh i am sooooo happy i cant believe it please send me good vibes this way i really want this baby

Congratulations. I remember the joy of that "pregnant" result after I'd had a previous miscarriage too. I was on tenterhooks until 12 weeks ( one warning - the next 8 weeks will seem to take ages to go)! Will they give you an early scan. If they see a heartbeat on scan at 8 weeks your risk of misc. reduces to less than 1%.

Well my periods have been weird the past 3-4 months my cycle changed to every 24 days in stead of my usual 28 so i worked out i would have been due on tomorrow! I done a normal clear blue test 3 days ago and it was negative! But done the digital one tonight and it said pregnant so it must be right, do you think?

Yes - they're very accurate. If it says "pregnant" then pregnant you are.

oh thanks everyone it feels so good to be able to share my news....i feel like crying!!
I have only told family as its still early days and dont want anyone to know (apart from you guys too)

Not sure about the early scan i don't think they will but i am going to speak to my doctor when i get back from centre parcs

It's fabulous news - and despite what we say about our toddlers here sometimes we'd never be without them. Having a baby was the best thing I ever did - they're just adorable (even if hard work at times)

My ds was 15 days late before he was blasted out from his comfort zone.

I'm not a big fan of the early scan now tbh. They normally do a dating scan between 9 and 12 weeks. If you do an early scan I'd recomend internal scan as they'll be able to detect more, heart beat etc, it's only the size of an apple pip right now! but do what you feel you have to do and scan when you want if they let you.

Yes darling, I'm 6+ weeks. Feel tired, boobs v sore and was sick this morning and wretched this evening! I feel GREAT!

Thomcat in my heart of hearts i would rather not have an early scan but i will have a think about it on holiday!
I would rather leave it for the dating scan which i believe they do at 12 weeks here and i have to book an appointment with the MW for 9 weeks really hope i get that far i am trying to be positive

oh thomcat don't tell me that i have just remembered all the lovely things i have to go through now! I have been tired and my boobs have been sore since yesterday feel tiny bit sick but not as if i am going to be sick more excitment i think! I hope your ok put your feet up and do lots of resting you deserve it now your pregnant! lol well thats what i tell dp!
