HELP.....im confused

i have pcos and had my first course of clomid, my 21 day progesterone test showed a level of over 200 which the nurse said is really high, i was due on my period yesterday but have not started but the pregnancy test this morning said negative....what on earth is going on nobody is telling me anything ?

Well that means you ovulated but not that you conceived. Or your hormone levels haven't reached a peak that will register on preg tests. If you wait 48 hours and retest you should get a definitive result.

oooooo hang on if that means ive ovulated then tecnically i should have deffinatly had a period, the nurse told me last week that i was due on monday the 25th ......still no sign though

Badgernflash, on my first cycle of clomid i found that it increased my cycle to 40days rather then the usual 27-29 that i normally am. I would wait a bit longer and then test just to be on the safe side
