When to test? Advice needed please

I have been ttc for just over a year, and have fallen twice but sadly both times have ended in early mc to fall again.

I mc on 21st April, and blood loss lasted about 3 days... We decided to carry on trying again staright away as it took 11months after 1st mc.

I know that cycles following mc can vary but I'm just wondering how long to wait / when to test.

I think I ovulated on 15th which would have been CD 25, and I am now on CD33 (going by 1st day of mc) Usual cycle length is about 32 days, give or take a day.

Having given into temptation and bought a test, im finding it hard to ignore it calling me everytime I go to the toilet

So what do you think?

I think it would be too early , your only 8 days post ovulation. I thought you needed to be at least 14 days.

Hi. I think the general advice is 14 days after ov so I guess you just have a couple of days to wait. Remember if you test too early you'll get a negative and still be wondering so you should try to wait. (Do as I say, not as I do! )

Ahhh guess I kind of knew that already it's just so tempting.

Yes, as you ovulated quite late in your cycle try and wait till 14 days, the result will be a lot more reliable then.

I'm waiting with you if that helps, can't test for about 7 days so we should be testing around the same time

I started a thread yesterday about people who are waiting to test on the 29th/
30th as thats when I thought I would aim to test come and join me there where we can wait this out.

I know deep down that it is best to wait but it is really difficult. Thanks all for being the voice of reason.

Hmmm wonder where I can hide that test till next weekend?
