Starting Clomid tomorrow - Sun 17th

Hi there, got my AF last night... so can start my first course of Clomid tomorrow.

Is anyone else starting tomorrow, just wanted to compare days!!!

Have heard some wonderful stories on here, but am scared to get my hopes up!!

I'm not but thought I'd write to you as you were all lonely. Don't panic. Worked for me second month. The side effects are worth it too

Yes, I have a ds who's 2.3, but had two miscarriages last year and two cp's this year - my doctor thinks there is something going wrong at conception and he reckons that possibly having more than one egg to be fertilised at one time will give us better odds of it going right for once! Can't believe how lucky we were to have had ds - once you start struggling you realise how precious the child you have is.

It'll be really interesting to hear whether you have any side effects or not, there are so many different experiences detailed on here... Good luck!!

Hi there I have taken two cycles of Clomid and if AF turns up later this week will be taking my third. I read all the stuff on here about side effects and read the leaflet- every word. I took my tabelts in the early evening when home from work and I have nothing to report side effects wise so don't think that you will get them just cos everyone else seems to have.

I am currently only on a 50g per day for 5 day dosage and suspect that the higher dosages may be the ones that bring on unwanted side effects.

Hi Monekeybumsmum and Tigresswodds,

So, progress report, im on day 3, taking them at 8am every morning and no side effects really so far, apart from a few hot spells. fingers crossed for both of you. Keep me posted! x
