Implantation bleeding

Is it possible to have implantation bleeding 18dys after having sex?

Period is 5 days late, had cramps for over 2 weeks and had a very very slight brown discharge this morning but nothing else.

Any ideas?

How have you not taken a test?! I would have taken loads by now.

I have tested, yesterday, cheapo one from the poundshop, done in the afternoon, said negative. When I got the discharge I just presumed I would come on (despite normally just starting with a heavy bleed on previous periods) but had nothing more all day weird.

I had this when I conceived ds - happened at time when period was due. When the bleeding didn't amount to much, did a hpt and bingo! Good luck

I had it with dd2, from about the date my period would have been due ,for a few days,brownish spotting.I would test again tomorrow with a good test and first urine.

Well AF still hasn't arrived. Have a problem with testing at the mo though as don't live near a town to get a cheap one and haven't got tuppence to rub together until sat in order to get one from the local chemist so I am slowly going very insane.

I am still thinking though that it was too long ago me having sex to have conceived and started implanting now wasn't it? I started my last period on 1st April, had sex numerous times, the last time being the 18th, then dh went away for a few days and I cam down with a terrible cold so didn't feel like it for a week or so. Since then had tummy cramps like I was coming on.

I had implantation bleeds with both of mine at around 5 and half weeks pregnant. Both successful pregnancies.

Also had two miscarriage and funnily enough it didn't happen with either of those.
