Not ovulating but still having periods

Hi, I am having regular bleeds, with a 24 day cycle, however I'm not ovulating. I have been monitoring CM (rarely see anything like EWCM) and charting my temps so I'm pretty certain. I was just wondering whether anyone else has experienced this and what your story might be.
I'm booked in for 21 day blood test tomorrow, so I'm at the beginning of unravelling the mystery!
Thanks.

I went gp last week, she told me, if you are having periods, then thats best indication that everything is working ok.

I'm 42 and we are ttc so was asking cos usually have caught on by now, (usually month2) and we are now month 3, (very impatient emoticon)

Yeah, I've read that, but then I have also read about anovulation, which my CM monitoring and temping seems to back up. I'm also thinking of trying acupuncture - surely can't do any harm!
