I want to ttc no 3 but dh doesn't but he thinks if he doesn't cum inside me then i can't fall pregnant so he's quite happy for unprotected sex.

your DH will release sperm before he ejaculates

the withdrawal method is absolutely not reliable and there is a chance you will get pregnant, whihc might suit you, but not your DH

he needs to either understand what he is doing is not reliable or take the chance happily of becoming a father again

Yes definantely there will be pre-cum released during intercourse which contains sperm...not a very reliable method of contraception..

blushingm, DH and I used this method for years when I was in the same position as you, we never had a 'happy accident' DH then changed his mind about TTC No 3 and she's 19 months old now.

Given that method had worked for us, we continued to use it hear and there whilst I was waiting for the right time in my cycle to have a coil fitted, DH had a small accident and I'm now 26 weeks pregnant with No.4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say, after this LO's born we will be getting something permanently and more reliable sorted!

I think that if your DH is determined that he doesn't want to try and TTC No3, then you need a more reliable method of contraception!

I have to say i'm very pleased to hear it........a friend of mine has used this method and it's worked for her but she doesn't have sex on particular days in her cycle

i have made him aware of the fact numerous times but he seems to have very short memory problems regarding this
