bf and pregnancy

How have your boobs felt when you are newly pregnant and breastfeeding at the same time? Are they still as tender as when you weren't bf or a lot worse? I'm just wondering if bf masks any symptoms to do with boobs or whether it makes them more noticeable.

Not sure exactly what you mean, but mine were fine up to about week 12, then got painful until feeding was agony at about week 16/18 then gradually got better - 21 weeks now and back to painless.

It will be very individual, but some women do feel the same breast tenderness in early pregnancy and it can feel a bit more intense for some because now you have a child at the breast as well. How old is the first child? Sometimes they can understand to go easy for awhile. For many women it is one of the first signs they feel that leads them to start thinking that perhaps they are pregnant again.
