I had very noticeable implantation cramps with DD on DPO 8, and quite a lot of creamy CM - should I automatically count myself out of a cycle if I don't get this again?

no, different. With DS I had bum ache coxxycitis before I even knew i was pg. That came later with this one.

With DD I had terrible cramps and was convinced my period was on its way.

This pg - no symptoms until after the BFP

different each time. just metallic taste for #2, thrush, huge boobs and mood swings #1
