My AF is due around the 24th (i think) - but lets keep our fingers crossed that they don't arrive! lol

x

liahgen · 11/05/2009 20:17

my af def due 24th and i'm spot on to the day so no testing before that. No cheapies in house so am not spending a bloody fortune this month.

NewMember · 11/05/2009 20:19

Well I have a clearblue sitting in their somewhere - but I shall resist and NOT touch it! hehe - oh fingers crossed for us!

difficultdecision · 11/05/2009 20:56

Can I join the 24th clearblue avoiders anonymous club please? 24th is my CD 35 and my longest cycle length so i don't want to test until then if AF doesn't come (but I think she will :sad

liahgen · 11/05/2009 21:21

of course, all welcome.

Have to say, I hate this bit, how can 2 weeks take so bloody long?

ilove2shop · 11/05/2009 22:07

tee hee.... i could have bought some shiney new shoes with the amount i have spent on blumin pregnancy tests over the past 5 months with bfn!

RUNFORLOVE · 12/05/2009 00:00

Right found the right thread!

Hello everyone, hope you dont mind me jumping on board.

My partner and have decided we want to try for number 3 but he wants to wait until Jan but I want to try now. He obviously does not really mind as we are using no protection so I have taken control to say we are ttc

I ran the marathon last month and had the lightest period of my life after and actually thought I was pregnant and was hoping I was so I could blame my long time on that

But it was neg

Anyway so I am ttc#3 cycle 1 CD12

What does UCL mean?

We did the "do" last night but that was day 11 so probably too early.

x

timmette · 12/05/2009 06:38

Hi everyone this is a very full bus .
Stay strong all of you on your two week wait or you could end up like me I did 5 tests before af was due and all were negative obviously - lol.

Chloe55 · 12/05/2009 07:46

Good luck everyone, be patient

How you feeling Timmette? Nausea kicking in yet

liahgen · 12/05/2009 08:10

runforlove Maybe not too early.

UCL is usual cycle length

I have 26 day cycle, and ov for me is around day 11 so fingers crossed for you. Keep going for next couple days and you'll be ok.

Well done you for the marathon. I have just started power walking 5 times a week, this morning, I could quite happily not do it, but am staying focused, I have 2 stone to lose.

timmette · 12/05/2009 08:19

Hi Chloe yes morning sickness started yesterday, along with the constant peeing, needing bigger bras - funny how I forgot all this when I was ttc - forgot actual preganancy and just imagined babies - ifykwim.

It's all going to be positive of course!! Oh and i have loads of cheapies and a clearblue so this is definitely going to be a challenge!

Timmette what day did you actually end up getting your BFP?

rtuff

Welcome, take your place. If you could stand to wait the extra day, how about a joint test on the 24th?

Bettymum · 12/05/2009 12:06

Morning ladies,
Just a quick one to say hello!
Where shall we take the bus to today? Apparently Shetland is lovely this morning, it's grey and windy down here. Can we get the bus on the ferry to Lerwick?

OP posts:
sgibbo · 12/05/2009 14:10

Hi *Bettymum8 i've never been to Lerwick so sounds like a plan to me!

timmette · 12/05/2009 14:36

Is this like the Harry Potter bus?

Cosmosis · 12/05/2009 15:20

Oh yes I've always wanted to go to Shetland, that'll do me.

WorrisomeHeart · 12/05/2009 19:07

Shetland sounds lovely to me!

AF due on 22nd.. and I've actually got the day off work (not to test, that would be way to obsessive - much better to save that for a later cycle ) I reckon I'll be pacing the floor that day trying to decide whether to pop to the shops for some milk, bread, oh and what's this I found in my basket? A First Response test? Oh well if you insist..

Chalkpink · 12/05/2009 19:25

Dh said last night he has changed his mind and definitely wants to wait until Jan. Everytime I hug him now, he tells me to get away because he knows that look in my eye and I only give him attention when I want a baby ... thats not true. I think he is just enjoying the extra attention. He didnt say no to some last night. So he is just a bit laid back about the whole thing.

I guess realistically it would be better for us to wait until Jan. But I have been wanting a baby so much since an early miscarriage last April. I cant keep waiting!!! There is never a perfect time either I think!

So is anyone ovulating tomorrow? I am so I need to make my plan of action for dh

TakeLovingChances · 12/05/2009 21:07

I'm reading this and all the dates people are mentioning, and I'm thinking, I have no baldy clue when I'm ovulating .

I'm on CD14 today, have a slight bit of discharge (sorry if tmi). Don't know if that means ovulation or not

Just going to BD whenever we feel like it and see what happens

Hope all you other ladies are fine and maybe could shed some light for little me who is clueless.
