reasons for sore boobs other than af or pregnancy

I am mid cycle but probs pre ovulation - my boobs are very sore though. Is there a reason for sore boobs other than impending af or early pregnancy?

Can't help but will be watching - since starting ttc/coming off pill I have had sore norks almost constantly regardless of point in cycle - it's annoying for symptom-spotting. Hoping it'll settle down.

Shall be watching this one too Boobs sooo sore straight after ovulation each cycle. Left one more sore than right one No idea what that could be...
