AF CD question

AF arrives at 11am (full on red blood TMI). Is this CD1 or do I only count from the first full day of bleeding????????

in my very non-professional opinion I would say today is CD1... I would only count the next day if it was late evening/during the night, or there was only light spotting today

I always thought that CD1 was first day of bleed i.e today, however I have been now led to believe that CD1 would be tomorrow.

Truth, I have no idea, I am hoping you get it claried. ATM I do as I originally said CD1 today.

this was last month so, if I can count I should be due on today and no sign as yet!

Mine usually comes late in the evening with spotting so I count the next day as CD1.

if the blood is red then it means it's flowing quickly so I would count that as day one.

To be sure, I would wait until at least tomorrow.

Just want to say that CD1 is day of first proper flow (red blood not spotting) regardless of when in the day that is
