Hi everyone,

So sorry to hear af came ant,but like the others said at least you know now and can start afresh this month.

Im still spotting.its constantly stopping and starting-it is red now but its more mucousy and stretchy and streaky with blood, rather than full on blood, i just dont know whats going on.ive honestly never had anything like it. i wish af would just turn up properly so i can start trying again. Ive also just been getting tiny niggly pains not my usual cramps at all.

Im not going to test bubble, im just going to hold off a few days and see if af arrives in all her glory, and if not the doc said ive to go back and see him again (not that hes very helpful at all)

Your continued high temps sound very positive whitty-are you going to test again?

Seany Sorry to hear about you didn't pass!! Also you sound like your in real limbo land! Why can't AF just show when she's supposed to or not at all, why does she have a habbit of kind of showing but not really or not like normal or really late, arghhh she has such a nak of confusing us!!

Oh and to update everyone AF showed up for me Friday in full force !! So i am now on day 3, surely this is my month it's now officially been 1 year of trying!

im feeling better today. its cd15 and still not had a +ive on my opks. I have my scan this afternoon and i hope that everything comes back normal. do you think that being under the weather before could of delayed ov.??

Now dont laugh girls. im so excited i have to tell you! i just booked tickets to see Elvis at the o2!! its his original backing singers and band and they project Elv on to the stage like he is really there. Its feb 28th 2010! I really cant wait

I've been reading into Agnus Castus and i'm just off to buy some, although there does seem to be a general consensus on the web only to take it up to ovulation as it can lead to mc, does anybody take his or heard anything about it??

That obviously meant to say "take THIS" not his....

I think it is def possible that ov is delayed because you havent been feeling very well.

Bubble takes angus castus and she said she only takes it for the 1st 2 weeks of her cycle. We had a discussion about it yesterday if you want to have a wee read back over the last page or so rtuff xx

Rtuff I take agnus castus and it did wonders for my irregular cycles. i take it everyday and i did have a mc in feb. Maybe its linked?? Starting from my next af i will just take it for the first part of my cycle.

Seany Im going with my mum and some friends. There are 5 of us going and we are going to book a limo so we can get drunk before and not have to bother with the tube.

Ive been getting ov pain and ewcm but negatives on opks. Is it posible to still ovulate and never have a +opk?? I think im just panicing now. i dont want anything to be wrong.

Thanks guys, i've started taking it as of today so hopefully it will help my completely irregular cycles, and hopefully one day may get a BFP along the way...

I spoke to my doc about the OPK's as i've had a couple of months without a +ive and she said they aren't completely reliable so i'd bd anyway just incase....

Thanks Rtuff. Its just when they arent going + i wonder if im ovulating. especially as i splashed out on a cb digi pack and there is still no sign of a +. There are so many things to worry about. Im getting slightly neurotic.

this month i have a day 21 blood test arranged so i will atleast see if im ovulating! (and then i panic that this month will be anovulatory and a waste of time) god i need to take deep breathes and calm down [nervous smile emotion]

awww thanks bubble, it was 31 days so only a day later than usual, it was just the 5 days of spotting that bugged me, but at least now i can move on and try even harder this month.

Seany its awful isnt it. you try and stay positive but each month you get lower and lower. Since my mc in feb ive started spottin pre af too. i dont know what thats about or if it means anything? has yours started since your mc?

We have been trying 6 months now so no where near as long as you and Rtuff! But both my boys were concieved the first cycle. Im worried that something is wrong? can things change so dramatically??

Just back from Docs, I wonder why I bother going. She said, 'well at least your af is here now' just try again for next month When I asked about how it had taken so long to show up this time and a time before, she just said 'that's what happens sometimes' What a lot of help that was. She reckons the 'throbbing' in my tummy could well be a hernia, but since i have no pain she reckons it may have just been a delayed heartbeat through my stomach??? No idea, she has a prod about at my belly, but couldnt feel anything 'conclusive'

DP & I won't be TTC for another few months yet...we have a 1-month holiday booked in July and want to get that over with first. I am 22 and DP is 24.

Ant im sorry that your gp is so useless. . What good are they if they dont help when you need them? I hope that trying AC helps regulate your cycle.

Well i had my scan and it was pretty uneventful. They said that my ovaries look fine. (no cysts) and they measured my womb lining etc. Then when they finished i explained i was mid cycle and if they could see any dominant folicles. She said that she couldnt but that there could of been a recently collapsed follicle meaning i could of just ovulated?? (how come if no + on opk?) Im feeling pretty confused and like i am no nearer an answer than this morning. I have the blood test on sat so i hope that will shed some light onto the situation.

Well welcome star and hey ladies Im to chicken to test so I will wait until wednesday when af is four days late or so. My temps are still high and my cm is increasing its so yucky, I jumped to go put a tampon on because I though af came thats how serious it was....ant my gp is the worst as well I called to ask about my pink discharge she told me to wait until it comes, what good does that do me. Bubble how accurate are opk's because I have never used them, I just monitor my cm sometimes but most of the time me and my fiance bd like every weekend he's like a chiaua humping my leg

ant it does not suprise me at all that your doc said that to you (they are all the same-i think they prob have to pass some sort of exam to check they are all the right level of insensitive and uninterested )

bubble im so sorry you did not get any answers today. The general opinion on opks is that they are not very reliable. i used them for just one month and didnt get a + so i didnt bother wasting my money after that.
I was just thinking about what you said about the pre af spotting since your mc- it is strange that i have only spotted this month for the first time after the cycle i had last month and the doc saying he thinks i could of had an early mc. I wonder has anyone else whos had a mc experienced this?
Im the same thinking something is wrong as we conceived ds after only 5 months (which felt like ages at the time, but now feels like super quick!)

Its not really my paitence seany im broke lol I went shopping last weekend and spent money I shouldnt have so I have to wait. But it does me justice I rather not waist money on a test and get a bfn and then later that day af shows up. I think everyone knows how she can be.

Ok so I know its late but Im having pink discharge again. So I think af will be here in the morning because I had some af cramps earlier today meaning now my cycle would be 36 days rather than 33 days....oh gosh.

any news Whitty? Seany i think im gonna sack the opks too. ive been doin them for 6 months and only had 1 month where i got a definate +. Just pissed that i spent £20 on a CB digi opk . Didnt mind as much if they didnt work when i was spending £3.

So its cd16 today. still got ewcm and cervix is HSO so gonna keep goin at it. Im feeling really tender down below. i thought yesterday that i was getting a water infection. it was hurting when i drank all that water for scan. When sonographer put the probe in she pressed it against something and it hurt so i asked if that was my bladder? she said 'no, why?' and i said coz its been hurting today. She said no thats your ovary love! so.. im thinking that ov pain isnt what i first thought it was.. iykwim. Im hoping that the painful ovary indicates i did ovulate and that something happens soon. its driving me round the twist
