proudestmummyever · 03/05/2009 10:20

Hiya all...just to let every1 know, we have SADLY decided not to try for a bby right nw, as ds, aged 2 is still bad with seizures, so until we get gd control then we will have another, but not before
But BEFORE we decided we wouldn't try we have actually not used anything four times ths mnth, so if I am pregnant I will be bk, if not then won't be for good while

Good luck to u all and loadsa love and baby dust

proudestmummyever · 05/05/2009 13:51

Thanku lissielou...but you knw what here I am again wanting to try again, unno wat is wrong with me, I am till on antidepressants and diazepam 5mg twice daily if needed

But we did the deed cd5, 11,12, 13 and cant remember if day 14 too?? But I am nw cd21, and last mnth cycle length was 30 days, nw I feel like I wanna be preg, wat is bloody wrong with me?!

Liskey · 05/05/2009 21:23

Hi - Hope your all ok.

PME - you sound like you do want to be pregnant really - even if its not a good time in your lives to be. I think you'd be able to work through all the problems about timing - you and your DH together. (Last year before the mmc DH especially and I were very scared about my pregnancy but worked out we could cope together).

Hope you get the result you want this month.

proudestmummyever · 05/05/2009 22:07

Thanku Liskey I think my heart tlls me I want to do ths too, but am so afraid I wnt cope mostly because of Jack and when he has bad spells, and finding it hard gettn off my diazepam....why is ths so hard??

OracleInaCoracle · 06/05/2009 09:17

i really dont know PME. its horrible!

proudestmummyever · 06/05/2009 09:39

I knw lissielou, I am doing my own head in here....

Nw on CD21 did deed cd5,11,12, 13, poss 14 and 20, think I must wanna be lol, words of encouragement any1? Or any1 in same position?

OracleInaCoracle · 06/05/2009 09:51

lol, the subconscious is v powerful. we werent going to ttc this month, but sure enough we had a "slip up". not that fussed about this month though tbh, going to see cons on the 18th, bring on the clomid!

proudestmummyever · 06/05/2009 10:15

Hehe lissielou, I knw, and u knw the time "we don't really bother" bout it is the time we fall pregnant

I am sooo scared about having another, in regards to Jack and hw will cope etc etc....but my heart tells me to.

OracleInaCoracle · 06/05/2009 10:19

i do understand. im terrified of getting pg again. but i cant stop myself from trying. i feel that if we give up now then we have let down our ,lost beans

proudestmummyever · 06/05/2009 10:29

I understand lissielou, I too have had 3mc's, and along with having my darling boy with all his problems I am petrified,Jack has a genetic disorder which involves severe epilepsy amongst other things, he was 2 in March, can't walk etc but will hopefully in time, he has made me a better person and a stronger person, me and my dp have bn tested and we are ok, so they say less than 1& chance of it happening again, although thy will give me an amnio etc to HOPEFULLY rule out chromosome/genetic disorders. I also have a daughter who's nearly 8 from prev relationship, she is perfectly healthy, so there is hope

proudestmummyever · 06/05/2009 10:31

Sorry, the 1& is meant to say less than 1% chance

Clwc · 06/05/2009 13:54

Hiya pme,

I'm sorry for you. Life isn't very often fair. Even the people who seem to have everything get their share of problems.

It seems to me that you shouldn't give up, but you also shouldn't try quite so hard.

You seem to be a natural mother, and your son and daughter are lucky to have all of the love you give to them. Maybe you think that is all the love you can spare, but it's not. You have plenty left for more children, and those children will also add to the quality of life Jack has.

I hope you find some courage.

(((hugs)))

PS I hope you're pg too!

Liskey · 06/05/2009 20:03

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you pme.

On CD25 today and keep thinking about testing as I've a load of cheapies from ebay - tell me not to!

OracleInaCoracle · 06/05/2009 20:33

clwc, what a lovely post. totally agree with you.

liskey, DO NOT TEST! its only 3 more days, and the difference between a lovely clear bfp and a half-arsed line which will make you want to retest because you aren't sure is worth the wait

Liskey · 06/05/2009 20:36

Thankyou Lissie - I knew someone sensible would be along soon. I know i shouldn't and I must hold off till at least Saturday and preferably longer with my history otherwise AF will start on the day I do the test and it'll be a waste.

Liskey · 06/05/2009 20:37

Forgot to say how are you doing Lissie?

OracleInaCoracle · 06/05/2009 20:53

im ok thanks. off to cons on the 18th, which should be CD2. fingers crossed that he can offer us some help this time around!

proudestmummyever · 06/05/2009 20:59

Thanku soo much fr tht lovely post Clwc, tht was soo nice, and thnku for all the support guys

I am gonna do this, so we will keep at it, and Jack will benefit I think from another bby too...Cd21 today, so here's hoping

nunnie · 07/05/2009 10:32

LISKEY nooooooooooooooooooo STEP AWAY!!!

There needs to be a new step away thread, telling me to step away from the for sale/wanted section of this forum, I have been avoiding coming on the conception thread becasue of my break, and I now spent most of my time and money buying things on there Not sure at the moment what is actually the worse habit now! Might return here it is cheaper

OP posts:
PistachioLemon · 07/05/2009 11:46

Is there a for sale/wanted section?
