Hello

Trying to get pregnant again after miscarrying at 12 weeks with first pregnancy back in December.. We were lucky and fell in 3rd cycle of trying but now I am trying again.. (had no joy in Jan and DH was away in Feb). I was supposed to ovulate last week but my Persona machine didn't show the 'egg' symbol but now I (sorry - TMI!!!) have this thick, slighly yellow and somewhat lumpy discharge (no odour). Anyone know what this could be?

I don't remember what discharge I had before I got my BFP last time.. What's everyone's experience?

Also, I have had nearly permanent cramping since last Wednesday (25th Mar) but again, not sure what this is all about? It's both central and then more to the left sometimes?

Just letting off some steam - it's all so stressful.. Thanks for reading.

Hi amarilis, sorry i cant really be of much use but just wanted to let you know that i have read your post. So sorry to hear about your mc. just wanted to ask what cd you are on and do you think you could maybe be pg?

Yellowflowers · 03/04/2009 23:12

Sounds like an infection. I would go to doctor on Mon. Hope it's ok.

Amarilis · 04/04/2009 08:18

Well discharge all gone now so guess I am not pg...? Aren't you supposed to have some discharge if you have concieved?

I am on CD 23 today.. Will test using first response on Monday maybe as af due Thur?

Thanks for the messages.

HiAmarilisIm not sure about the discharge, though yellow is right it could be an infection. how long did you have the discharge for and have you only had it since you've had the cramps?

Good luck for testing!

It doesn't sound like an infection to me. Your description of CM sounds normal for me in second half of cycle (luteal phase). Pale yellow, no odour, thickish and lumpy or, as I'd describe it, sort of globular, yes? I think increased CM can also indicate conception ... I'll keep my fingers crossed!

Amarilis · 07/04/2009 14:29

Yes - that's how I would describe it! Globular!!!

Anyway, it's all gone now. Have raging AF symptoms and think that i's on it's way... Better luck next month huh?!!!
