Does anyone know what anasthetic cream to use? Going for round 2 IUI in June and not looking forward to nasty jabs!

Emla cream (lidocane) - it's a local anathestic cream - takes about an hour to work. You will need a prescription.

If you're not already using one, the injector pens make giving injections much easier and quicker, and I find less painful.

Some women also find certain drugs to be more painful than others, so it might be worth asking about changing to a different protocol.

Good luck.
