I normally have really long cycles (about 6 weeks) and really heavy periods lasting about 9 days (7 days of heavy bleeding). Anyway AF started yesterday- at least that is what I assumed until my sis pointed out that I had it last time she was here which was 4 weeks ago.

Thought it was a bit strange but maybe it was on time for once but I have only had very light spotting and it is brown or pink tinged.

We had sex a couple of weeks ago- we have just been using the withdrawal method of contraception since having dd2 (she is almost 11mths).

I feel quite crampy like period pains. Do you think it's just AF or what?

Also I have had implantation bleeding/spotting in each of my 3 previous pregnancies.

It does sound like implantation bleeding - can you do a test? I'm on major symptom spotting alert at the mo, and those sound like pretty good symptoms to me...

Lol, I'm not sure what result I'm wanting. I said I definitely wasn't going to have any more children but recently I've been really broody- maybe because my baby is fast approaching 1. I do have my hands full with 3 under 4 already but at the same time I'm already a SAHM, we have a big enough car and house and all the baby stuff!

Is it too early to do a test?

Re testing, if you had sex 14 days ago then an HPT may or may not show up +ve if you are pregnant. Why don't you wait a couple of days and take one then. Mind you, if I were you I'd be doing one now!

Can anyone help i have a 28day cycle period usually start on time and last 7 days heavy the first 3 with bad cramps where I'm in bed and then light for the remaining 4 days. My last period was 4th May af due 31st I had light pink spotting on the 26th and 27th witch then turned to brown spotting on the 28th i even still had it when af was due it hasn't gotten heavy and I javent experienced any cramps at all just bad back ache on and off my sister in law said it could be implantation and that you can have spotting through pregancy its very common I took a test on the 1st June (still spotting) but my husband said it looked like a bfn but I swore i saw the faintest line you just had to squint haha she said retest in a week I've had this spotting now for 9 days but it looks like it's disappearing next to nothing im a little confused cause I already have a 5 month old and never experienced inplantation with him just a missed period and got bfp 4 days before af any advice would be wonderful thank you
