I'm wondering whether I have had a chemical pregnancy, and would be interested to hear any others' experiences of this.
We've been TTC since last May with a miscarriage at around 7 weeks pg last July.
Since then mc my cycle lengths have been:

So the cycle length has crept up a little as the months have passed. But this month I had a mammoth 42 day cycle, with 2 -ve tests on CD39 and CD40.
My period finally arrived yesterday and has been more painful than normal with more clotting.
I went to the docs to do a preg test yesterday (period arrived, with its usual grim comic timing, just as I was about to give a urine sample)- which I assume will be negative. It may be that my GP will want to see me to check things are OK. So it's all "in hand" medically.
I'm just curious as to why my cycle might have been so long... I was on antibiotics in the middle of my cycle- could this have affected things?
Any thoughts or experiences would be gratefully read...
