Hmmm

You know when you hear about people going through absolute hell ttc.

Then you hear about how, "once they relaxed...blah blah blah blah.

Well,
guess what????

TrillianAstra · 22/03/2009 13:06

That is it, right?

Or do you have a friend who you suspect has had secret fertility treatment and is claiming it's all down to 'relaxing'?

VJay · 22/03/2009 13:12

I hope I'm guessing right.....congratulations

OMG!
So been trying for 2 years...2 FEKING YEARS.

Decided to have a month off, March.
So i have had night nurse,(heavy cold) drink,(alcohol) stopped taking folic acid because i am sick of the feking sight of the stuff, only did it once just after my last period.
nothing since.

this is from doing it every other day from day 8 etc etc etc...

just realise that i am a week late, did a test and bfp.

This happened last time though, sore boobs, positive test then....period arrived so i am kinda just telling all of you lot, no one in RL.
because it can and usually does for me go tits up, but heyho. I am going to enjoy one little tiny tiny moment of excitement with all of you.
Then back to waiting for the bleeding and pain, and bad news from the scanner.

Maybe you're one of the women who ovulate freakishly early in your cycle.

Fingrs crossed for you

deanychip · 22/03/2009 13:38

freakishly early my arse, my bits are just fecking awkward, and take great joy in pissing me off each month...chucking me little symptoms here and there to taunt me, then sending me a huge AF to finish me off.

Lorelei97 · 22/03/2009 20:15

deanychip thank you for this post- have been ttc my first child for 2 years and had a mc first month then nothing since in the last 2 years - have been feeling sorry for myself today as its mothers day and last year i cheered myself up by focusing on the hope that this year we would have our baby. today then i have been just talking to myself trying to come to terms with the fact this is unlikely to happen. i needed some inspiration and hope then read your post and cried- it has given me some belief that this can and does happen for those long term ttc- thank you thank you thank you- oh and huge congratulations!!!!

Deany - that's great news. I really hope this one sticks.

deanychip · 23/03/2009 15:45

Ah Lori, take heart.
took me 3 years and 2 mcs to get my son who is nearly 6.

now actively trying for 2 years a really traumatic mc exsactly one year ago..nothing since then till yesterday!
I was resigned to never having children.
still very very early days and everything can go wrong.
