..can you do it whilst breastfeeding, assuming you get some periods?

Thats it really. Am hoping to dontate but don't want to curtail feeding my dd2. It's for a friend so don't want to keep her hanging either.

No, I don't think you can.
You have to take drugs which are probably not safe while breastfeeding.
Annoying, I know.

www.hfea.gov.uk are the government regulators. There is also a section in there on egg donation.

Your age will be taken into account because you will need to be under 35.

In case you are still following this thread, and haven't found the answer. No, you can't. I donated to my sister, and had to stop b'feeding much earlier than I would have to get going on the treatment. That was the hardest thing about the whole treatment (even tho' I had to travel the other side of the world to do it). But it was the best thing I've ever done - and produced my very gorgeous neice.
