I know, I know.

I tested on day 24 of a 28 day cycle, weak willed and the rest.

I had convinced myself I was and got the dreaded BFN. Could blame the test I suppose and still have some hope

I have some symptoms, but most of which must have been in my head cos they have vanished since the test .

Is it possible that I might get a BFP even though I tested with first response early detection test?
Or am I clutching at straws?

early tests are the spawn of satan.

On average they are only about 55% accurate before your period is due. They are designed purely to make money for the manufacturers, who know that the women using them are desparate.

It's possible that you could be pregnant, but you won't know until your period is late.

Bin the early tests, and wait until your period is three days late. You are far more likely to get an accurate result then, or your period will have showed up and given you the answer without having to pay for it.

Thanks wannaBe, I have been trying for 18 months and the last 2 months have been the worst prior to that, I never had any tests in the house, really don't know what has changed.
